中国移动战略转型分析

新经济浪潮扑面而来,全球经济一体化势不可挡,加入WrO后生存竞争日益加剧,

内外部环境变化对企业构成了巨大的挑战,企业决策者们正在以独特而前瞻的视角审

视着经济发展的大趋势,希望以全方位的转型整合来保持企业的可持续发展。达尔文

说过:“那些能够生存下来的并不是最聪明和最有智慧的,而是那些最善于应变的”。

放眼全球,企业转型已到了决定生存的时刻。转型是企业生产要素的重新组合,

是企业有效资源的再配置,其实质是产业创新、组织架构创新。可以说,企业转型是

项系统而持久的工程,是企业生存和发展必须面对的挑战和机遇。本文研究目的在

于通过对企业战路转型过程的研究,使企业明确:战略转型的诱因在于动态的不确定性

环境。企业战略转型是企业把握与控制面临的技术、市场等风险的战略管理过程:战

略转型需要企业组织结构、资源,以及企业文化作为支撑;企业战略转型需要采取适

当的模式与手段完成战略转型。

本论文通过对企业集团战略转型的研究whatsapp官网,重点论述了战略转型的过程。从战略转

型环境的分析、不确定性战略分析与决策到战略转型方向的识别,再到战略转型的选

择、支持战略转型的系统与战略转型的监控进行了研究。在论述的过程中结合中国移

动实际案例,力图站在战略的高度,从实践的角度并结合战略管理理论对战略转型中

所选用的转型模式与手段进行了研究。

Analysis of Strategic Transformation for China Mobile

ABSTRACT

The new economic tide blows against our face. And global economic integration is

irresistible. After access to WTO, the struggle for existence is aggravated day by day. The

evolving process of the domestic and foreign environments forms an enormous challenge to

an enterprise

Enterprise's decision-makers are thinking the main trend of economic development

closely with the unique view, and hoping to keep the sustainable development of enterprises

whole by transforming and combining. Darwin said: " It is not the cleverest and most wisdom

that those can survive, unless who can be most good at meeting an emergency

The transformation for an enterprise is suffering from the crucial moment. The

transformation is the restructure of production factors and the reallocation of efficient

resources in an enterprise. Its essence is the industry innovation and the organization

restructure, That is to say, enterprise transformation is a systematic and lasting project, and

the challenge and opportunity from it must be faced by an enterprise

basis of the uncertain environment, this paper, especially, has described the process

of the strategy transformation in the group

In this thesis, the author makes the positive research on the international strategy

transformation of the CMCC group. Through the studying, the thesis has described the

modes, means and validity of the strategy transformation of group, and set up the index

system of the validity
